By irrevocable, confirmed, non-transferable and auto revolving documentary letter of credit (dl/c) issued by top 25 world bank, confirmed and accepted by seller's bank base on the shipment

By sgs or equivalent inspection service at loading port
Performance bond:

Procedure:
1. Buyer submits loi in company letterhead, including company's information.
2. Seller submits fco in company letterhead, with offers details.
3. Buyer submits with soft probe authorization icpo including full company, banking and refinery information if buyer is refinery.
4. Seller provides pop.
5. Buyer and seller finalize and agree on contract terms.
